2019 Junior Class Prom Court: Front row: Marion Fischer, Ashlyn Fry, Grace Hanson, Angelica Olson, Kolbi Juen Back row: Logan Johnson, Trevor Kopacz, Thorin Berg, Scott Mousel, Ollie Olsen This year's prom will take place on May 4, 2019. Grand March will begin at 7:00 PM in the St. Croix Central Community Auditorium. The dance will begin after Grand March and end at 11:00 PM.

The Advanced Foods class was challenged by McDonald's to create a dish that included bacon in honor of their new bacon menu items. Each group created a recipe, tested and evaluated their idea, and presented their final products to three members of the McDonald's staff.
