The Hawkins family has been using their 3D printer at home to create face shields to send to hospitals in need. They inspired Mr. Wenzel and Mr. Millar to do the same with the 3D printers at the high school and the middle school.
The 3D printers have been working day and night to help provide needed equipment to local hospitals as well as hospitals in areas hit hard by COVID-19. We are also producing surgical mask straps for hospital staff to prevent rubbing behind their ears while wearing masks.
If you know any hospitals in need please reach out to Mr. Millar and Mr. Wenzel so we can try to help fill the gaps!
