Today Mickey visited Ms. Olson's 1st grade classroom to talk to students about courage and recognize all the ways students have shown courage in their classroom this past week.
Last week, Mickey visited Mr. Victor's 3rd grade classroom to talk with students about courage which is our C.A.R.E.S. trait for the month of October.

Today, Mrs. Gillis' 4th grade class had an extra special visitor come to their room. Mickey Mouse (AKA Mr. Widiker!) stopped by to discuss our C.A.R.E.S. topic for the month of September, which is citizenship. These 4th graders have done an excellent job of showing citizenship around our school by being good friends, cleaning up inside and outside of our school and showing respect in the classroom and to each other. Nice job 4th graders!

Yesterday, we revealed our new C.A.R.E.S. character for the year - Mickey Mouse! Mickey paid a visit to Mr. Mulhollam's 4th grade class. Our C.A.R.E.S. topic for the month of September is Citizenship and these 4th graders have done an excellent job of showing great citizenship by being good friends, showing respect in the classroom and taking care of our school.

Mark your calendars! The trial bus run will be August 17th! Watch for the bus to know an approximate time of pick up and drop off!
Elementary class lists will be posted this Friday, August 6th at 8:00am on the doors of the Elementary School and also in Family Access! Teachers will then be sending out welcome back letters with more information about the upcoming year!
