It's a big weekend for Panther athletics. Good luck to all of our Panther athletes this weekend!

Every year in 8th grade language arts, our students are tasked with writing an essay sponsored by the VFW called the Patriot's Pen. This is a competitive essay that requires students to compare American history to our present day America while focusing on the annual patriotic theme. This year's theme was, "My Voice in America's Democracy."
This year, not one or two but three 8th grade students from SCC were the top three winners at the local level and one students was received a second place award at the district level among 396 other essays. To say we're proud of our students and staff at SCC is an understatement! Incredible work to these three students: Adalynn Brown, Brinlee Miller, and Scott Svacina! Scott was also awarded 2nd place at the district level.

The open enrollment application period opens on February 3, 2025 and runs through April 30th. If you are interested in open enrolling into the St. Croix Central School District or the St. Croix Virtual Academy, find out everything you need to know about the application process at https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment.

The SCC Mountain Movers Unified Ski Team sold t-shirts to fraise funds for this season. Each shirt was made, from start to finish, by our athletes and their partners using the newly added space and resources at the high school. Shirt making stations included: cutting the design, peeling the design paper, pressing the shirts, and folding and packaging the shirts. They did amazing and were so excited to see the finished product! We are so grateful for the support and encouragement we've received!
