Students from St. Croix Central's Outdoor Adventure class embarked on a day trip to YMCA Camp St. Croix. The trip included team building exercises, outdoor cooking, hiking, and horse grooming. Nestled in the scenic St. Croix River Valley, the camp provided an ideal setting for students to bond and challenge themselves. They tackled team building tasks, by performing their best campfire story in front of the group, conquered trails on exhilarating hikes, and learned the art of outdoor cooking over campfires. A highlight was the chance to connect with horses, fostering trust and confidence in students.
